Terms of Service

1. Accounts

2. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Access to streaming content requires an active paid subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance for the plan's billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change subscription pricing; we will provide notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
  • You agree not to download, copy, redistribute, or publicly perform any content except as explicitly permitted by the Service's playback features.
  • You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • You agree not to attempt to circumvent any content protection, access controls, or rate limits.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All movies, images, trailers, logos, and other content made available through the Service are owned by Polin Movies or licensed from third parties and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. User-Generated Content

Ratings and reviews you submit remain yours, but by posting them you grant Polin Movies a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polin Movies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
